Terms & Conditions for
Client Experience Mapping Session

Scheduling

  • Booking Confirmation: Your session will be confirmed once payment has been processed.

  • Session Duration: Each consultation session is 90 minutes. Please be on time as the session will end promptly at the scheduled time.

  • Preparation Time: Up to 15 minutes preparation time will be completed by Julia before the session.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded. However, you may apply the fee towards a future session if rescheduled within 30 days.

  • No-Shows: No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Rescheduling

  • Notice Period: You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance without any penalty.

  • Rescheduling Requests: Requests to reschedule should be made via email to hello@juliablairvbs.com.au  Confirmation of the new appointment will be sent to you once it is rescheduled.

  • Short Notice Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will be accommodated only within available time slots.

Additional Terms

  • Confidentiality: All information shared during the session will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the consultation.

  • Technical Issues: If there are any technical issues that prevent the session from taking place, we will reschedule at no additional cost to you.

  • Preparation: To get the most out of your session, please complete any prep work or questions sent to you beforehand.
