A bit about my background...
After doing a Bachelor of Business specialising in Tourism & Hospitality, I started my working life in Venue and Event Management, Sales and Customer Service and then Hotel Front Office Management.
I moved industries to work as a PA to the GM of a small manufacturing business. After subsequently doing a large amount of temp administration and project roles to build business knowledge, skills and flexibility, I continued working with corporate businesses assisting executives and senior managers to steer their teams to growth and success for over 12 years.

I have also worked as a HR Partner in a large scale business with corporate programs, multiple department focuses and a continually evolving culture and business landscape. I have experience with performance management, employee relations, recruitment, induction, learning and development and change management.
Why Virtual Business Support, and why now?
My little family relocated to the Coffs Coast of NSW in 2021 as a #fleechange (for a beachside 'life' rather than just holiday dreams) and to be closer to our extended family.
I wanted to move in a new direction for greater flexibility and to build something of my own. I believe I can make an impact by bringing my wealth of experience to you!
While learning about the commercial environment of your business and getting to know you, I can tailor my approach to meet your desired outcome or suggest new approaches.
I work remotely but I'm also open to in-person meetings (location dependent).
